Spritual awakening is anoticeable expanction of one's consciousness and capacity to emit and receive love energy. \it is mainly through our open heart and expannded consciousness that we connect and then merge with higher pars of ourselves. It is all about opening yourself up to who you really are. It is recognizing your true nature. A kind of flowering of your consciousness into a fuller more experssion. It is like becoming aware of a new world. During spritual awakening we expand our consciousness that people tend to operate at. we move into heart consciousness, especially as we open and live more through our heart. This way we gradually bring the higher parts od=f ourselves, like our intutions, soul and our higher self into our consciousness.

Personal health is the complex system, not only physical but also emotional, mental, and spiritual. the concept of Spirit is recognized by science as the component of healing ans we have all seen patients with strong spiritual beliefs and attitude that appear to have impact on both good and bad outcomes. Studies shows that person with spiritual attitude do not need scientific proof to show that energy and positive thoughts can heal. Although healthcare provides attitudes vary on the issue, the medical and nursing communities are paying attention to the issue of the Spirituality. Clearly , there is emerging evidence that the mind and spirit can afect the body's response and may be a positive factor in the process of healing.
