Learn Meditation Easily with Three Steps

Meditation 

Meditation is a practice where an individual trains their mind or induces a mode of consciousness either to realize some benefits or fot the mind to simply acknowlwdge its content without becoming identified with the content or as an end itself.
The term meditation refers to a broad variety of practices that includes technique design to promote relaxation, build internal energy, or life force also called as prana and develop mindfulness or compassion.

Learn to Meditate

Learn to meditate in less than 5 minutes. This simple technique is widely used all around the world for quickly get into meditative state. This technique has three steps.

STOP: What are you doing? Check in with what you are thinking right now and how you are feeling in the emotional level.

BREATHE: Practice mindful breathing to create the space between your thoughts, emotions and reactions. 

THINK: Learn to settle down and strengthen your force field of peace and calm by practicing one of the meditations.
